The East Side Commercial District Program
The East Side Commercial District program offers property owners grants up to $100,000 for improvements intended to significantly improve the appearance of their commercial building. The projects we worked on includes:
- 1412 Fillmore – Sunshine Vegan Eats, formerly Mae’s
- 1303 Fillmore – TBD, formerly Challenger building
- 1235 Fillmore – Frank’s Tire Express
- 653 Fillmore – TBD, formerly an auto dealership
