All of the units are income-restricted.  Applicants must have incomes below 50% of the area median income. The chart below indicates current maximum income by family size.

  2. Submit income documentation demonstrating eligibility
  3. Submit current credit report
  4. Submit one reference from current or former landlord (if available).

Lottery:  We are anticipating that we will receive more applications than we have units available. We will hold a blind lottery in our conference room where all eligible applicants in each category will have an equal chance to be selected.  Tenants not selected will be placed on a waiting list in the order their names are drawn.

Lottery Date:  Friday, May 20, 2022 at 1:00 pm.
